Dear Galaxy Radio Crew,
I write to first tell how much I like this radio station and its programmes and second to suggest new ones. When I came here in Kampala I saw people with different citizenship speaking different languages. As postgraduate student with Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, I suggest that it would be better to include French languages in your programmes so that people who speak it may also get that opportunity to interact between them. I am sure that Galaxy Fm is not only targeting Ugandans as this country is multinational. Even Uganda itself is now promoting foreign languages as most schools have started to teach Kiswahili, French... The audience of Galaxy Fm is too wide the reason why people may like it so much once starting a new French programme like French Talk Show where students who learn french may get opportunity to interact with others by calling to dedicate their favorite songs to their colleagues or to greet one another. If I am given that opportunity, I will be able to prepare, treat and produce some french programmes in the interest of the audience either in french or swahili as I used to do when I was working for Radio Isanganiro in Bujumbura. Thanks.
