Description et paroles
Geoff Muldaur and Jim Kweskin performing "Mistreated Mama," live at McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica, California.
This song was record by early Blues singer Sarah Martin in 1923-1924 and later adapted by Appalachian banjo player Dock Boggs, who learned it by working in the coal mines. It's an example of the early fusion of African-American Blues and Appalachian Folk Music.
