Beschreibung und Texte
RV 269 http://www.baroquemusica.blogspot.ru - Giunt'è la Primavera e festosetti
La salutan gl'Augei con lieto canto,
E i fonti spirar de' Zeffiretti
Con dolce mormorio scorrono intanto:
Vengon' coprendo l'aer di nero amanto
E Lampi, e tuoni ad annuntiarla eletti.
Indi, tacendo questi, gl' Augeletti;
Tornan' di nuovo al lor canoro incanto
E quindi sul fiorito ameno prato
Al caro mormorio di fronde e piante
Dorme 'l Caprar col fido can' à lato
Di pastoral Zampogna al suon festante
Danzan Ninfe e Pastor nel tetto amato
Di primavera all' apparir brillante.

Antonio Lucio Vivaldi (Venice, March 4, 1678 - Vienna, July 28, 1741) was an Italian violinist and composer [1] [2] a leading figure of the late Venetian baroque.
Said the Red Priest because of the color of his hair, was one of the most virtuoso violinists of his time and one of the greatest composers of baroque music. Considered the most important, influential and original Italian musician of his era, Vivaldi contributed significantly to the development of the concerto, especially solo, usually started by Giuseppe Torelli, and the technique of violin and orchestration. Do not neglect also the opera. Wide his work composition that also includes numerous concerts, sonatas and pieces of sacred music.
His works influenced many composers of his time, especially Germans, including Bach, Pisendel and Heinichen.
As was the case with many composers of the Baroque, after his death his name and his music fell into oblivion. It was through looking for some musicologists of the twentieth century, as Arnold Schering, Marc Pincherle, Alberto Gentili and Alfredo Casella, who left the Vivaldi oblivion.
His best-known compositions are the four violin concertos known as The Four Seasons, a famous example of music in the subject.
